CORONA Measures - Visiting physical shop

Shop visits again allowed from 27/3/2021- by appointment -

Adjusted STORE operation (crowd-control)

To ensure everyone's safety, we've decided to limit the access to the store during the first weeks of re-opening.

The store can be visited by appointment, under the following conditions:

Concrete access regulation:
- access is granted on WED-TH-FRI-SAT, only in the afternoon and by appointment, between 10 and 17hr
    > make your appointment here by e-mail, please state your mobile number, we will confirm your time slot (holiday closed from 19/7 till 11/8)
- access is limited to max. 2 pers. (per customer visit, and from the same bubble) e.g. you can not come with the whole family..
    > so only by appointment
- access is limited in time (max. 60 min)
    > make a list of requirements in advance so that we can help you further efficiently
- hygienic measures * must be applied strictly

* Hygiene measures specifications:
- hand sanitizer is present and should be used when entering the store
- disposable gloves are available to the customer, if desired
- plexi-screen at the counter is provided, for the safety of the customer and staff
- the wearing of a mouth mask is obligated, if you do not have one at your disposal, you can obtain one on site
- distancing rules must be respected throughout the visit
    > physical distancing - respect 1,5m of free space
- ground markings indicate the direction to follow in the store
- sanitary facilities available:
    - possibility to wash hands: soap and running water (= rainwater = eco-friendly)
    - toilet use is still possible, please disinfect after use, disinfectant present
