Delivery is provided up to "the first threshold"
For pallet shipments, free access is required to be able to place them in the garage,
if no access is possible (threshold, pebble soil, ..) the pallet is placed at the first threshold.
Customer must provide manpower to stack this pallet and place boxes inside.
Ex: XL pallet with standard combination children's room:
Orders placed and paid before 11hr59 are shipped on the same day, if possible, orders after 11hr59 leave the following working day by courier (Dina Logistics Deinze) or by Bpost, the consumer may expect the order on the following working day. Entrepot Baby Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties.
After ordering, the customer receives a track & trace code so that the customer can follow the package via colitrack.com. If the customer is not able to receive the package, a message will be left to make a renewed appointment for delivery. (or in the case of Bpost: an invitation to pick up at the post office.)
